What are the HOA fees?
$200 per month, with very few restrictions; no long-term parking for RVs, home designs must be chosen from Moody Moon selections.
What are considered accessory structures?
Two opportunities, or open for smaller options like sheds or storage, livable treehouses or small cabins under 600 sq ft (if under 5 acres, one allotment is allowed).
How long will the subdivision take to develop?
On path to be fully built between 24 to 30 months.
Can I buy a lot to develop later?
No, Moody Moon Ridge is preserving the integrity of the subdivision and all lots are sold as complete home packages. We have four model homes, and accessory structures, that are lovely, with a possibility of custom homes-- just ask!
Does the HOA allow RVs?
Moody Moon Ridge is meant to be enjoyed with family and loved ones, so those are welcome to stay for seven days maximum.
Was Moody Moon Ridge affected by Hurricane Helene?
Moody Moon, thankfully, was spared by most of the destruction, although I-40 to Asheville has been affected.
